I phoned him yesterday, he is occupied with painting all balcony rails of his retirement community.

Thank you all for your kindness.
I've nearly finished repainting the balcony rails, and next I'll be helping sabri clean up her mess that she made in her living room-bathroom combo...after she backed her prized Ford LTD (former police cruiser) through the picture window. I have always admired a gal that can use a 5 gallon bucket as a toilet. Thank god the table was saved.
Now back to work on those rails.
