Hi,
This is my first post and I'm horribly underinformed (but definitely making every effort to educate myself). I found this at a thrift and it was much more attractive than most of the midcentury I tend to find - definitely leather not vinyl, weighs a million pounds, and the overall look is very crisp. The photos are terrible but I was wondering if anyone recognized this design. Very compact and sits quite low to the ground. Thanks so much in advance!

Alright, I'm guessing this sofa may have been a mistake! Here is another pic anyway (the chair just appealed to me, I know it's nothing fabulous), I would so appreciate input even if it's to tell me that it's complete garbage!

I am as clue-less...
as you are although the chair looks so familiar. But the sofa is just a beauty, well proportioned obviously very well made flawless angular welding. No matter who designed it, it should be handled with great care! Congratulations!

For what it's worth,
I think the sofa is cool. Looks like a contract piece, so it's probably indestructible. And from this point in history, it has a cheeky charm. If it smells all right, display it with pride!

thanks!
Thank you for your input! I've always just gone with what I personally liked but recently my obsession has increased and it'd definitely time to learn more. Oh, and it smells just fine there were a couple of cobwebs and a few scratches on the leather but otherwise it's great. Thanks again!

Hi,
It's fairly rusty so I had planned to work on it a bit. Realistically there's no room at all for it in my small apt. but I loved how it looked - I swear I should just move into a storage facility! If you're interested despite the rust I would be happy to sell it to you.
