Id of bentwood lounge chair?

almost looks like some kinda Ikea Poang mutant? I have a early poang that looks alot like that...but more like a poang

right
the ikea one's have the fabric covered frame, right? I cannot think of any of the other obvious culprits (westnofa, etc.) that have that feature ... 'cept this isn't ikea.

There are some Rastad-Relling lounge chairs made with bent ply frames, I think. I had one or one like a Rastad-Relling awhile back, but not this design. I think mine had no label but I did a lot of research at the time and found the R-Rs which were very similar. It's a murky area.
The Poang came later and was inspired by these earlier designs and by Mathsson chairs, I think.
