ID Help: George Nelson/ Herman Miller dining chair?

I have this single dining chair with a bent wood back and tubular legs. My friends thnks it is a Herman Miller dining chair. I've never seen one like this although the legs look similar to the GN/ HM dining chairs with the upholstered seat and backs.Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!

I just wanted to add that this chair is often misidentified as a Paul McCobb design. Here's an article that explains the differences:
