book you cited still in print? If so, would it be understandable to someone who only speaks English? By that I mean, if the picture of the mark has the manufacturer's name right under it or something, then even us language-challenged 'merikuns might be able to figure it out.

It's only available in Danish. Although I don't speak the language but it's still an excellent (the only?) reference guide of most important Danish designers and manufacturers.

This is a Kastholm & Fabricius table design, Model. BO-66 Scimitar Tables. Designed in 1964 for Ivan Schlechter.
