It's not Declaration. The center post between the drawers is notched into the top and bottom on Declaration. Additionally, the trim on the face is more rounded on Declaration than the looks the trim on yours, which is similarly angular to the Nelson BCS. Sun Coast used rectangular handles on drawers, but the center post does not appear to be notched.
Contemporary manufacturers made knock-offs of the Drexel Declaration line. I have one by Robinson Furniture that is of largely comparable quality and nearly identical. Perhaps yours is a mashup? It's nice.
Cresent Furniture is the manufacturer of your dresser. I'm sorry, I don't have a handy picture with a mark, but we tracked it down some time ago. (we have had a couple of pieces come through over the years) They also made walnut wall units.
It has very nice grain and they restore beautifully as your example shows.
