I wonder why
you singled out the Air France pre-9/11 dishes and cutlery. I know it looks very much like something from a bygone period when there was still some decent service in the air, but other than that I find it a very appropriate and in many details refined design. The line for Viquel, the Schweppes glass, even the Marlboro has a touch of irony that willl not be lost on most. What is it exactly that left you wondering if they had seriously considered the functions of their products?

But are that inflight trays contents worse or better than...
