There are no maker's marks on this set--does anyone recognize them? thx. in advance

Yes, the sides are very much like Kai K.--it's the back where it differs from so many makers/designers.
ps; I live in Canada--maybe it's a Canadian copy?

--another point--it is quite easy to 'knock' this down for shipping. The back is hinged to the seat base and can be folded quite flat. I usually assume that means an 'import' to us in Canada. The frame is teak.
