Who can help me to define it's maker and roots?

I have this amazing Huge falcon or owl shaped ceramic vase with different techniques. It's about 60cm high.
There are nor marks except this piece of an old sticker which had writings on it, but the ink has disapeared during the years. You can see some impressions of the pen however. on the last line there are numbers, the rest is not readable anymore.
Hope someone can help me out.

Best regards,

Alain

It is a very nice sculpture
however, my real question is, how did you get more than three pictures posted on the same reply?

standing on a van der meeren...
standing on a van der meeren table?
the vase has something fauve about it.
many of these were made in germany, but this one seems more unique, handmade.
looks almost colonial, as if it came out of Congo..
