Hello, first time poster to these forums. I was hoping that somebody on here might have some information about this piece. I have looked everywhere online and the only information or trace seems to be a few scans from an old HM catalog. It is apparently a George Nelson "Net light" from the Howard Miller brand. From the catalog I have seen a few variations exist but I have only ever seen 1 other photo of a real one online (flickr). There is damage on the underside of the skin where it has cracked but otherwise it seems to be in pretty good shape.
I was hoping to possibly find some information about somewhere who might reskin or a method to repair the crack, the value of the piece, and anything else that might be known about these.

PRETTY COOL!
That's pretty cool, too bad about the damage. If it is the same material that the bubble lights are made of I am not aware of any way to repair them or re-skin them. I have had friends in the past repair small tears and holes in the standard bubble lights using Elmers glue and tape. Yours is pretty rare and I would think it would be worth trying to fix it properly if possible.
