I've found a pair of Eames shells in the street, but they have cracks on the side. I would like to restore these fiberglass armshells in the proper way.Does anyone has already experienced the fiberglass repair yet? help would be required.

I'm not
aware of any way, proper or otherwise, to repair these. Broken fiberglass is broken fiberglass. A patch on the underside, perhaps layers of fabric and epoxy, might keep the breaks from spreading. . .
Sorry.

Thanks
for your contribution SDR, I will try to fix it, pretty much like the technique used for repairing injured fiberglass car bumpers, afterwards i will have to look for an eames base, that fit the shell.

[I should have
made the distinction between restoration and repair; while they can probably be repaired in some fashion, it won't be a restoration !
Best of luck, in any event. . .]
