How to clean wire chair wool pads  

I have this 4 C. Braakman chairs and the wool upholstery on the sittting pads is dirty and have yellow spots.The sitting pads look like the eames
bikini pads.
I live in the Netherlands and I have tried to bring them to the cleaners (dryclean ) but they told me isn't possible because the pads have no covers.The pads have 2 plastic pieces under them to pin them to the wire frame.
Does someone living in the Netherlands knows a place whee I can get them drycleaned.Or is there someone ghat have experience with this chair. And can give me an idea onhow to clean the wool upholstery myself?
I love this chairs and don't want to damage the original wool on them.
Just want them cleaned and smelling fresh.
Any help is welcome.
