ebay's probably your best route. You don't have to worry about setting the price then , as the market'll determine that. I'd also actually recommend splitting it up, if you want to maximize your profit (and move it more quickly). There are people, like me, who are looking for additional shelves, but don't need any more poles or cabinets. And I've seen cabinets sell on their own for pretty good prices too. I'm thinking you'll have an easier time moving it that way, rather than trying to sell it all to one person who hasn't collected anything yet! Good luck!
