I believe...
he is well, but, out of his wise spirit, trying not to be so dominant. Good teachers always eventually give students the chance to learn to think on their own. His continued nibbling around the edges of topics suggests to me he is alive and well and waiting for the snow to melt in his part of the world. He will no doubt weigh in more, when work and time permit, and he believes the students have learned to stand fully on their own. Give a design addict a great answer and you answer one question for him. Teach a design addict to discover a great answer for himself (herself), and you have taught him (her) to answer an endless stream of design questions. Given Koen's impressive mind, which would you guess he is up to?
