Made by Jutex but it is strange that there is no mention of the maker on your stamp.

And that is all the additional info you are likely to find. There are a lot of Hovmand-Olsen designs without any documentation. And many of them state only two facts: Made in Denmark and Designed by Hovmand-Olsen.
Try looking for sold listings on eBay for valuation. Single dining chairs are nearly worthless.
