Uh, Peruche, there might be a typo or error lurking in the communication of that patent number.
The number you gave indicates a manufacture date of 1937. That would be way off!
Perhaps the number you gave is not from the patent label, and came from a different label on the chair? Either that, or one of the digits may be wrong.
hmmmm… interesting fastfwd.
This is the first time I have seen an inconsistency anything like this on the patent number list I have been using.
But then again, I have been mostly focusing on the fiberglass shells and their covers and bases.

I GET IT NOW… I just assumed that the dates could not be that early on the glides.. I didn't even notice the dates on your photo at first… I had no idea that they did the domes THAT early. Wow. Thanks fastfwd. (Too many haikus today I guess…) I am relieved that the chart holds true.
