I found herman miller chair with markers mark "designed by charles eames" and also a 'C'. Does anyone know if this is a genuine mark and which manufacturer this is?

I am sure the shell is authentic, based purely on the stellar reputation of the dealer. I am not familiar with that particular embossment, but everything else looks right. There is no doubt about the chair, and *someone* here will know more about the embossment.
