Is this a George Nelson designed table? I have included a picture of the Herman Miller Logo and model number as well. Does the 61 at the end indicate the year?
Eames Aluminum Group "universal" base. Usually see these with 36" dia. laminate tops with black rubber edging and "ET108" stamped or hand-written on the underside. Yours likely has a special-order contract number.
