Really want this poster...

Thinking of making it myself if I can't find a copy anywhere.

Is this from the 1960's for promo use? Does anyone know if this is a rare find?

If I do end up re-making this poster, anyone interested in having a batch printed?

Thanks...

Perhaps
the
poster
is
new
and
doesn't
know
where
or what
it
is
?
most forums have an introductory thread and a brief description of how best to use them- we don't..
So, cut some slack..

Because
technically
your
instructions
are
as
incorrect
as
the
original
poster...
I like it, I might be interested in one.

Don Ervin
was head of Graphics at the George Nelson office from 1955-1964.
AND he is still alive, AND still actively producing work. Think carefully if you are going to reproduce this poster and sell it.
Here are photos of some of Don Ervin's artwork at a 2004 show called Fast Forward at Brooklyn's Spring Design and Art Gallery.
"Don Ervin is best known as a designer and Creative Director who has worked with George Nelson, developed projects for Herman Miller, created the titles to the movie 'The Misfits' and such well recognized logos for 3M and MetLife. Here we show his amazing model race cars, ingenuously assembled out of common household objects."

Hey Boho,
It's one thing to make a reproduction for your own use... -A totally different thing if the aim is to make money from it.
It's not your work, not your property. Why not make something of your own design and try to sell that instead?

No big deal if it's for perso...
No big deal if it's for personal use. You've "paid" your dues by working to have that talent. But, not to sell, of course. I have an Alexander Girard poster that a friend made for me for a birthday.

Exactly
Or why not try and contact Don Ervin for a print? Or at least his permission.
There is a chance he might be reading this right now......

When
When Ikea moved to town they used a blue/black version of this poster. Of course, with their furniture - not Herman Millers.
