Here's another cool tip...beautiful kitchen rugs cheap  

Believe it or not, Kohl's (a medium-to-low priced self service Discount Department store chain here in the US) had the most amazing selection of affordable non-skid nylon rugs. I use 'em for my big kitchen with a ceramic floor, but they can safely used on wood and tile.

Unlike Target, K-Mart and the dreaded WalMart, Kohl's had lots of designs and sizes...usually in stock.

Now these are not high grade designs, but most come from Mohawk, and they are a pretty good company.

If you need a beautifully designed large rug for living room or dining room, I'd look elsehwere, but for everyday runners and kitchen rugs, Kohl's is the place to go.

Besides, these nylon (or orefin) non-skid rugs are completely washable...just hang 'em up to dry and keep 'em away from the dryer!
