I need some help.
I searched and found this bit of info from "fastfwd".

The chairs in my picture have no markings and no "ribs". A lady has said they are heavy fiberglass. Nor have I seen ANY with a two toned orange and white. Is it obvious they've been painted?
The best description I got from someone is that they are
"well made". haha
They definitely don't look newer than 1990.
So I'm trying to narrow them down to:
1967: Vitra and Herman Miller
Painted fiberglass
1968-1971: Vitra and Herman Miller
Painted polyurethane (heavy)
1983-1990: Horn GmbH
I'm assuming vitra and herman miller would have their stamps molded in. Or were there some of these that were not stamped?
Did Horn stamp theirs?
Either way, I want these. But honestly don't want anything from the 80's.
Vitra and Herman Miller
Hello,
I think it are "1968-1971: Vitra and Herman Miller
Painted polyurethane (heavy)"
I have the same seats in poor condition but the logo of hermann miller is just barely visible. it's just a sticker on the bottom of the chair. there is no stamp.
I have also done research on this site, here are photos and other information.

Hi
Herman Miller production are stamped. I believe Vitra / Fehlbaum should be as well, but I have never seen one myself.
I also have a Panton chair that has ribs (different ribs from Herman Miller) is not stamped, heavy plastic, and looks to be fairly old. I have not been able to find out about when reproductions started to be made.
