I don't know where you might find another caster, but I would love to see photos of your chair. Specifically, I've been looking for a photo of the mounting plate to see if the rather rough welding on my chair is correct/factory.
Also, if you?re the sort of person who has a lot of chair parts laying around, I?m in the market for a seat mounting plate for a model 3207.

Wheel dimensions?
I got really excited when I found this thread, but alas! It stopped short of the info I need. We have one of these chairs (4 casters, metal housing, no arms) but it's missing all 4 wheels. Is anyone out there able to measure these wheels (diameter, thickness) and post the dimensions? I would be so grateful. I'm hoping to surprise my boyfriend with them for Christmas. Thank you!! I will gladly share any resources I locate.
