Help me identify this floor lamp please

Hey there,
I've got the table lamp version of this lamp. As you can see, it's a very late 60's early 70's color (they used to call it "harvest gold" and half the refrigerators in America had this color enamel).
Anyway, I'll be taking mine to antique shows to sell, and I've been planning on selling it as being possibly Italian. I've done a lot of research and that is just an uneducated guess.
