I recently found 1 arm chair and 1 side chair from Michel Arnoult, produced in Brazil by Forene S.A. Moveis do Nordeste. The leather was in pretty bad shape (spots wise) so I used some saddle soap on them and that worked very well however I don't know whether to go with a neatsfoot oil or a fine leather conditioner. My research tells me that the leather is semi-aniline.
