Can anyone out there help me identify the maker/designer of this lamp and table combo. Was told that it is by Greta grossman for Pacific Iron however have not been able to confirm this.

I believe that is an anonymous 1950s design. But a nice one. We had a pair of these several years back. I liked the light airy design. Ours were all original including the shades and table tops. They looked just like yours. The reversible table top is a great idea and the wood ball on the rear leg is a nice detail too.
