I have to
believe that this is a chair designed for a purpose -- perhaps to support a writing tray ? The length of the arms seems to have no other justification. And it seems likely (to me) that the blocks are an addition -- because the sitter required more height to the phantom work surface ?
An adult "high chair" ?
