I recognize your chairs. I am certain I had a pair in a robin egg blue fabric about two years ago. I remember the curves and the legs with casters only on the front. They were small. I bought them and flipped them a few days later.
Mine had tags with manufacturer and although I am not certain, I do not believe they were Thayer Coggin. I think I would have remembered that. It is possible the higher end version was leather and made by Thayer Coggin. Not sure this helps at all. If I remember more I will post. Sorry.

I think they may not be Thayer Coggin chairs. The photo below is a Thayer Coggin with a similar shape.
I actually have one in the back of the shop waiting to be reupholstered if you are interested.
