Not really
There aren't a lot of books that offer comprehensive detailed manufacturing informations: dates, etc. A lot of the timelines can be pieces together through various books, altho even that can be tricky.
With the example of your table, it could be as early as 58, when the contract base was introduced on the aluminum group chairs. But since HM continued the contract base on the tables simultaneous with the universal based tables it's hard to limit it to a cutoff date. (If it were an Alu group chair, for instance, the contract base would date it to no later than 68)
Also, I've asked HM on a number of occasions what estimated production runs on varying pieces of furniture are. The answers are always vague and generic: millions of shell chairs, about 100k Lounge chairs.
The foot looks remarkably shiny, so it could be newish, or someone could have taken decent care of it. I spent a few hours polishing one of these bases, with mixed results, so it's a bit of a blessing there. And it looks like a fine table all around!

Thanks...
Actually I spent a little time polishing the base for its photo-op. It does show some wear that would be consistent with age when you look at it closely (normal scuffs to the aluminum, ect.) I actually live in West Michigan about a half hour away from Zeeland and there is an abundance of resources (I just can't get to them until after the holiday weekend). The local library has quite an extensive furniture research section. Actually, they have a whole secure room with about ten stacks of books and catalogs that are just for furniture research. I looked on the library's website and they have almost all the yearly HM catalogs dating back to the 50's. I'm going to hit the books hard on Tuesday needless to say.
