Help with chair ID please

Does anyone recognise this chair? I can't find any information about its origins.

It has DUX woven into the backing of the seat pad and the arm straps are made of leather .

I think it must be Scandinavian - but that's as far as I get!

DUX
was (is?) a Swedish furniture manufacturer, there is plenty of information on the net.

chair details
The arms on my chair are leather straps. Its in pretty good shape, but I'm not too keen on the brown fabric, but presumably that's the original. Do you think it would it be terrible to get it re-upholstered in something plain, but a little lighter?
