Help With These Italian Made Chairs

Last weekend I pick these up not only because they were in good condition but also they had a tag "Made in Italy". Any idea who the designer or the manufacturer of these chairs? I thank everyone for any input.

From the 70s
These chairs were widely available in the 70s and 80s. There were several importers to the US, all were from Italy.

Vico Magistretti designed rush seat chairs in '59 commissioned by Cassina for the Carimate golf club in Milan.
It's popularity grew in the 1960s and thus... lots of copies or inspired versions in Europe in the 1970s.
So this is one of them.
