Help... Pollock chair cushions...  

I am hoping to have someone make a set of black leather cushions for the Pollock Sling Chair since the cushions that came with it are poorly constructed vinyl (not original clearly). However - I am running into some obstacles...
1. Does anyone have any pictures of the cushions up close on the front and back? Mine have the velcro, but I dont know what they are supposed to look like on the back.
2. Does anyone know the exact dimensions?
3. Does anyone know where one can get that this heavy rubber-based foam thats in them versus the light petroleum-based products they sell now?
4. Any recommendations for conditioning the leather and getting small scratches and dents out...? It is a special double-sided tanned hide, I believe, that is very thick...
