Help! Plese help me ID this logo on heavy metal modern side table  

Ok, so I did post this by mistake a few days ago in the wrong section. My apologies...
So I got this at auction and would like to ID it. It is (I think a side table). Very heavy one piece construction made out of (possibly) steel. I cannot weigh it but surey weighs over 40 lbs. I think it is too large t be a stool, so I am betting it is a table. I got it in chicago. It is marked clearly, but I have never seen these two marks. I searched all I culd and came out completrely empty. I think the lines are fine and it has to be a higher end piece, possibly and artist made one???Have you seen or know these marks/logos? Thank you very much for any insight.
