Could be Søren J. Ladefoged...
Could be Søren J. Ladefoged & Søn ,but the end of the backrest looks a bit rounder at your chair.

Good call on the Soren.
Found this one on eBay and the arm seems more right.
The ottoman is totally wrong, though.
The fabric on the Soren is very similar to what used to be on my orange one.
