Help! Identify these chairs. Very Unique. Rare. MCM

I am a MCM fan and acquired two interesting chairs.

SOLID black walnut sculpted chairs.
Aluminum bases.
No identity. Some stamped letters possibly reading DOESK?

Some Nelson swag chair influence?

Any info would be great. Thanks!
