These things are built like a tank. Steel legs and plastic seats. I have searched what seems like endlessly and have found nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Try a Hon a manufacturer of average office furniture.

Why would HON have a logo that read "hh"?
I love to do google image searches. I got the most interesting results with "vintage plastic steel chair" but yours did not turn up. I wonder if "hh" didn't produce much? The Universal Recycling Symbol was designed in 1970 so they're not older than that, but that probably doesn't help a lot in your search.
Sorry, that's all I have. I do like that logo, though.

Thanks for the replies. I don't believe it is HON either. The design and attention to detail lead me to believe they are more than just average office furniture. Plus each chair weighs about 25 pounds making the manufacturers shipping cost outrageous. Hmmmm, the search continues. Thanks again!
