Help IDing chair similar to Finn Juhl Model 48

Found this lovely chair yesterday, which resembles a Finn Juhl Model 48, but has a more rounded structure. Note the curved fronts to the arms and rounded horizontal supports.
Any ideas about the designer? It has been reupholstered and bears no design marks.

No info on the chair, but is that an Erik Buck rosewood stool that can partially be seen to the left? It looks similar, but the photo makes the legs appear at a weird angle and have the bottoms cut off.

Yeah, I'm familiar with both...
Yeah, I'm familiar with both the regular and short versions of the stool. Unfortunately, I've also (painfully) seen the regular version with the legs cut down to fit 36" counters. I've also never seen a rosewood shorty.
Hence my interest in seeing a full photo shot of this particular stool.
