Help ID unusual ceiling light.  

Have had this fixture for quite some time now and just recently dug this up at the garage. Been looking all over the net in hopes of finding a similar light fixture or table lamp that would have the same shade but to no avail.
The shade adjust up and down and the saucer can be rotated 360
has anyone come across this type of fixture before? The only marking I can find is a manufacturers sticker called Dazor manufacturing.
