can you post a photo of the back? It looks somewhat familiar.
The vertical dowels- are they concave at the top?

are the armrests
flat and bent inwards?
the cushions remind me of a set of lounge chairs I had and the frame looks quite similar except for the type of wood and it is far simpler. There was a thread on a sort of similar sofa with green cushions here in DI a while ago.
O by the way, don't get too excited, I never found the designer or manufacturer (yet)
