I bought this set at an estate sale in Santa Barbara Ca. and was told they are from Switzerland. After a bit of research I have come with very little, can't find anything Swiss that looks this period (50's-60's?). Can anyone identify maker and year? the link is to a few more pictures. Thanks for the info..sorry about the resize!

Might not be Swiss,
because that stamp could just be from the border patrol (that's what Zoll means) where some previous owner brought the chair into Switzerland up in the Swiss German-speaking part. Our border patrols are very, very picky! If you know for sure it is Swiss, check DeSede, it could be theirs.

Could they be English?......
Thanks Riki, your right they may not be Swiss. I was only told they were brought over to USA from Switzerland. After reading your post I had a very close look at the chairs and found that the casters are marked "Archibald Kenrick & Sons Ltd. Shepherd, Made in England". I am not sure they used such casters outside England. Maybe some German or Swiss company ordered and used the English casters. For now I am not even sure as to the origin..... but DeSede is worth me looking at thanks!
