Help ID this Eames-like chair?

I'm not sure what the chair's name is or what model no. is has, but I do know that it's designed by Danish designer Ib Kofoed-Larsen. You often see them on eBay. I've seen two versions, this wood/metal version and a wood/wood version in either teak or palisander.
I can find some add. info/pictures but will have to wait until I come home later tonight.
It sure is a nice chair. I would love to own one but it would be quite expensive to have it shipped to Denmark from the US.

They you'll see the version Ib Kofoed-Larsen originally designed and which Christensen & Larsen produced for the Scandinavian market in 1948.
Your version was only made for the American market. American company Selig imported the plywood backs from Christensen & Larsen and then had the metal frames made in the US.
You can also visit www.1950.com and browse under "Furniture" where you'll find a chair like yours.

I have one like this. I love it. I always get comments on it and Larson was not a very well known designer. The rest of his work is not nearly as interesting as this piece.
BTW - the spelling is Ib-KOFOD. you mgith have better luck goggling that.

hi - I'm no expert on danish modern - but this looks to me like one of the molded plywood shells from the Eames Lounge and Ottoman. Being from the Zeeland area and having worked for Herman Miller you wouldn't believe the stuff employees make from stuff found in the trash.
