The Rope Lion, was designed by Gunnar Flørning, who had a partner ship with L. Lønborg in the compagny A/S Aniform. (1955-1965)
Gunnar designed most of the animal collection for Lønborg up until 1965, were he became allergic to wood dust.

Hi Camilla. Thanks for writing. I have seen that attribution before, but have also seen this image, showing that the lion's were, indeed, created by Jorgen Bloch and sold at Den Permanente. Who's lions are they?
