I bought a sofa and a teak wood lamenatd bedroom set today and it had a label Harvey Probber union made in Fall River mass , i have heard of him and looked him up on google and learned he was truly a great designer that started in 1944 and went out of business in 1986 and had a great career. he died in 2003
Does any one have any of his cool stuff? He made great sofas and some unreal looking furniture

Okay, my other personality...
the one who gardens, builds tree houses and gates, the one who rolls over for the other personality, just found these Harvey Probber pieces in a Clusty Image search.

Kagans stuff and milo Baughman are so similar both worked in chrome and burl wood, I think Baughman worked also in Lucite but not that much , I know Kagan, Charles Hollis Jones, and Karl Springer were all heavy into Lucite
I have been talking to a lot of different designers who specialize in Modern and they say clear the decks !!!! the 80's are making a comeback with that big Interior
Designer look, they are calling it the "decorator decorator look " with the custom made stuff.
Please not now ... we are not ready for this. I am just enjoying the pop revival of the POP 60's
