The sofa's 64" wide
so the Saarinen oval would be too big (it's 52"). The above Probber table is smaller.
It IS difficult to find a nice vintage coffee table for a loveseat...many beautiful vintage tables are huge.

I don't like it at all. It's rather ug, to me.
I like the bench.
If you want curvy go for the risom in your space. It comes in blonde and dark finishes.

On sale for $199!
It does have a small crack... not sure if the structural integrity is affected.

honestly now
honestly now
I am sorry to admit this more ,so for the ears ,and eyes of individuals that like this table.I know a little about design , and this table to me has no significant design not to mention from a well known ,and appreciate designer that we all could admire. This table looks like something that would have been sold as a set with a carved out couch with flower upholstery. If you really want to buy something like this I would save on the shipping cost ,and go to your local salvation army , I cannot guarantee that you will find one as Iam sure many have been thrown to the curb over the years.Well many will lie to people on here ,but I am being honest all the best.

Ah okay, the one Barry is considering, well that is pretty hash all a matter of opinion, I guess. It isn't my first choice but it isn't as bad as you make it sound.

I like the top
of the one you are considering, Barry. It has a nice amoebic shape but there's too much going on down in the leg area. I adore the one Pegboard posted. Who designed the "Radius", Pegboard?

Kagan... maybe
Vladimir Kagan has a very similar design called the "Radius" table which you can see on his site. It is not exactly like this one, however. The glass does not extend beyond the curved wood elements and the three pronged cross member/ support is set higher. Other dealers who have, or have had the same table as ours have attributed it to Kagan, but I have my doubts if it's really his design. Therefore, we only list it as "Kagan style". Regardless, it's a nice design with good proportions and a nice mix of the three elements: wood, chromed metal and glass.

Oh well....I'm not gonna buy it.
I was in contact with the seller (it doesn't sell on eBay) and i was considering buying it off eBay, but after getting the Plycon quote to pickup the table in California to Minnesota, they want $272.00.
The total for the table would be $672.00 which is more than I paid for the sofa, so i'm passing on it.
Oh well

just order yourself a Nog...
just order yourself a Noguchi table from Herman miller for a round 1000. it fits your motif and with that small sofa you have
it is classy and classic and you will love it,
if you dont want to spring for the Herman Miller buy on line for a round 500. very hard to tell the difference., with the exception the Herman miller is signed by Isamu Noguchi

Just updating this old thread to confirm a table posted above as being designed by Vladimir Kagan for Selig. However, the official name is not "Radius", but "Propellor".
