Hans Wegner Getama Mark Location  

We just purchased a Hans Wegner GE-270 chair from a neighbor. The Getama Mark and designer's name oddly appears on the outside of the front rail below the cushion (under the knees, facing calves when you are seated). It seems odd because it is upside down when you see the mark while sitting in the sofa opposite the chair. I suspect that support rail must have been flipped or mis-installed. Otherwise the chair is in awesome condition.

Should we have the chair repaired to turn the mark to the inside, or is this how they originally displayed the mark?
