I'll be clad in charcoal woolen au couture (likely Tom Ford). Mother will be "in- tow" adorned in Armani and simple jewelry,( they are friends). I'll have extra band-aids and cigarettes for Mother, and/or vodka or brandy for me... natch.

And welcome to the wintery Mid-West. With your thin Florida blood you must be dying. We endure this weather every year and you'd think we are used to it, but just yesterday we were complaining how ridiculously cold it was. I'm not originally from this area and the novelty has really begun to wear off.
When were you thinking of checking out the show? If I'm around, I'd be happy to meet you there. If by chance it was today, I'm not sure what their hours would be. It's usually open from 10-5 on a Tues, but they may have abbreviated hours today. I expect they will be closed on Wed.
