Just wondering what the story is behind this little chair. It has the feel of a cheap knock-off from the 80's (allen key fasteners, plastic tube caps), but I can't find it online.

I wish I could help, it resembles a Matteo Grassi armchair-but not quite. It may just be that, an odd knock off- but is still cool and slick.

It definitely shares some elements with the Matteo Grassi chair. I thought it may have been made in Italy.
Despite the less-than-perfect detailing, It does have nice lines.
