is from Look Modern. it's such a nice picture that I didn't think I could improve it, so I just used theirs. Mine is exactly the same. Mine is sitting on (and dwarfing) a Nelson side table.
It was just a low priced impulse piece, because I don't really need it. It doesn't light up much, since it listed as only taking 60 watt bulb and because of it's design, it lights downward.
I saw a real one at a local shop in red and admired it for awhile (it was priced $700.00). I did finally sell.

Look Modern has some nice stuff, the vintage Nelson Sunflower clock is tempting for $985.

those clocks have been popping up on ebay for around 385 to 400 bucks if you could get one of those for that price it would be a great deal.,
I heard they were real hard to make and real fragile cause it is light tacking on the wood and tends to drop and droop in places, be aware as I have been told.

Better grab it fast
I emailed Cresswell, the company that made this lamp and they have no record of it at all, even though it came in a Cresswell box and had a Cresswell tag!
Look Modern must really have some "new old" stock!
It's such a nice lamp and so cheap, anyone who wants one better jump to it.

Are you talking about the Vitra sunflower clock going for approx. $400 or the Howard Miller? I remember at one time the vintage ones were fetching big bucks on Ebay.

Great lamp I have an early Kurt Versen floor lamp in this color but not glossy,Nessen did some really "classic" lamps...Have Versen and Nessen fought it out who did the first swing arm?
