Success!
Thanks Robert! Man, you're good!
Is this a rare (read:valuable) chair?
I had bought it for next to nothing at an estate sale, and was planning to have it restored and upholstered to be the central chair for my music room. However, if it is something truly special I may be compelled to sell it.
[The missus was exceptionally hard on the credit cards this season.] Again, thanks so much for all your kind help- especially with the photo-linking thing.I am grateful. Oh yeah; Happy Holidays to you!

The value of this chair
Missed this in your post
The chair value depends on its cushions and frame condition. With the original sprung cushions and zip-together back -headrest cushions you could pay up to $750 - $1200 with the higher price for the best possible condition and in leather.
Soo look after it and cherish.
(And no i don't want to buy it)

Thank you all ...
For such a terrific response ( Especially Robert 1960 and Simon). I am going to have the chair completely refurbished and use it as the only chair in my music room(audiophile). I live in Milwaukee Wisconsin USA and I have an aquaintance that is a Danish-trained master woodworker. I trust him to the task. Thanks again for the riches of information, it has been the impetus for this restoration!

Another tidbit of info...
You are very lucky to have found this chair. It truly is a great piece of Danish furniture. There is one currently up for auction on Ebay (item #180073213545) although is it incorrectly listed as a Grete Jalk chair. Starting bid is $1450. I also recently saw one go at auction for $3500 with brand new leather cushions!
I recently bought one myself and I love it. Super comfortable! Mine is missing the labels though. Its unfortunate since it will most likely bring the value of the chair down.
Enjoy the chair!
Mike

Ahh Ha !!!!
...I was not the only one that noticed that posting on Ebay! I have the chair at the wood-workers right now to have it restored. I have not decided on the cushion material yet, however, I am likely to go with leather. I will re-post some images when it is finished.
