I am looking for a shipping company that will not charge me an arm and a leg to ship a chair from Denmark to New York - can anyone help me find this? Thank you!

thxs - unfortunately, I was told by a BAX rep that they do not ship from auction houses to private residences - and that they do not deal with personal belongings.

I just used them to ship a vintage Eames sofa. Just don't tell them that your item is vintage. Ship it to another business if possible. They like to ship business to business. It will save you money that way too. If you don't happen to mention that your item is old (or a personal item) then they will insure it.
