Found this great lamp today at the thrift. Head is adjustable the entire length of the rails. Feels like Gerald Thurston, but unsure. I do know it looks great.

I presume you are asking if it is a lamp manufactured by Lightolier. Any markings on the underside of the base? Some times the only marking may be on the plug itself.
